Mission:

The GEOINT Planner/ Subject Matter Expert is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of a GEOINT task order under the general guidance of the Quantum Sector Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills, and is: - people focused - accountable - adaptable - detail-oriented - customer service & requirements oriented - able to work effectively in a collaborative environment - able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables to provide GEOINT Production support. Responsible for:

  • Planning and managing the work efforts of task team personnel; determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets; and ensuring compliance with all task order requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask.
  • Planning, analysis, and engineering support in the development and exploitation of remotely sensed imagery for military applications.
  • Advising, assisting and consulting on all areas of organizational management, mission analysis, and potential application of space-based remote sensing platforms for DoD Customer.
  • Assisting the DoD customer in the development a vision and long-term strategy as well as the action plans to implement the strategy
  • Serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Managing overall task order performance.

To be considered for this position, a candidate will possess, and demonstrate, the following skills, education and experience: Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience

  • Strong understanding and experience with of the in the development and exploitation of remotely sensed imagery for military applications.
  • Strong Computer skills to include MS Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.
  • Solid written/verbal business communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both technical/ non-technical concepts to both technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Ability/willingness to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment, with frequently changing priorities, is a must.
  • Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
