Mission:

Quantum is seeking a Cyber Security Exercise Integration/MOA- (Military Ops Analyst) to support JFCC IMD at Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs, CO. Ideal Mid -Level candidate shall support their directorates through compilation and analysis of military information to help inform decisions regarding military operations, plans, policy, training, and requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of military processes and procedures and present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and assist in the execution of realistic cyber security exercise related scenarios and injects, identify participants, incident response plans and reporting in CCMD exercises
  • Develop calendars; track development of policy, doctrine, and plans.
  • Have an understanding of the different types of exercises and the objectives that each fulfills, focusing on assessing effects on critical systems and data that will have an impact on the operation or mission.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed descriptions of capabilities and shortfalls in white papers, briefings and presentations, including compiling and delivering senior-level decision briefings.
  • Attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.
  • Supports cross-GCC/Service/Agency coordination (USSTRATCOM, MDA, JIAMDO, COCOMs, USSTRATCOM Service Components and other USSTRATCOM JFCCs) and communicates JFCC IMD positions on BMD cyber development.
  • Plans and coordinates activities for cyber assessments in future test campaigns;
  • Examines policy issues associated with planning assumptions, potential resource requirements, and roles and responsibilities associated with BMDS-related cyber operations.
  • Prepares and delivers detailed descriptions of capabilities in white papers, briefings and presentations, including compiling and delivering senior-level decision briefings.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BS degree in equivalent field. Military experience a plus
  • SME in adaptive planning staff processes for BMD cyber
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Travel: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Desired Skills:

  • Combatant Command experience in the cyber arena
