Quantum Research International, Inc. Quantum is currently seeking an experienced candidate to provide support as a Contracts Administrator. Individual will be responsible for activities concerning contract sales of services, labor, equipment, materials and products. Examines estimates of labor, materials, equipment, travel and other costs, performance requirements and delivery schedules to insure completeness and accuracy. Prepares proposal bids from inception to best and final offers, process specifications, test and progress reports and to other exhibits that may be required. Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids. Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. Advises various departments of contractual rights and obligations. Compiles data for preparing bid estimates. Coordinates implementation of contract requirements to insure fulfillment or requirements. Other duties as assigned.



A Bachelors degree in a Business is required or proper experience will be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of five years experience in government and or DOD contracts and government agency regulations is required. Must be proficient in Excel spread sheeting and knowledgeable in automated word processing. Must be an effective communicator with attention to detail. This position may require direct interface with the president of the company. Individual should be an effective listener for implementation of complicated bid and proposal strategies as outlined by upper level management. Must be able to work on tasks with minimal supervision and produce results. Individual has to be a team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.
