Quantum Research International, Inc. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical compliance reports and executive level out briefs, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and work with assessment team to ensure accuracy of deliverables.

Ability to organize and prepare compliance reports/executive level out-brief presentations for customers.

The ability to write concisely.

Ability to convey compliance information graphically.

Successfully work in a fast pace, agile environment.

Continuously update reports/out briefings as ongoing compliance assessments are executed across multiple customers.



  • Organize, write and edit reports and customer briefings.
  • Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
  • Maintain a comprehensive library and configuration control for customer data/artifacts and support documentation.
  • Analyze documents/reports and briefings to maintain continuity of style of content
  • Enhance and maintain documents on ongoing basis as the business and regulatory requirements are updated.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Other duties as assigned



Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field


Proven experience working in a technical writing position


Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, Adobe Products and other tools which support the ability to develop required deliverables.


Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences


Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, oral communication and inter-personnel skills with attention to detail.


Ability to organize and create smart structured digital content with embedded linked topics


Strong analytical/problem solving and organization skills.


Highly self-motivated, independent and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies


Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive timelines


Security+ or other similar security certification preferred but not required


Familiarity with DoD Compliance Requirements (i.e. DFAR 252.204-7012; NIST SP 800-171 Rev 1; CJISD-ITS-DOC-08140-5.8; HIPAA)


Ability to obtain a security clearance


Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
